We show this remarkable artist’s work under three separate categories as his art can fit into each: Symbolist, Art Deco, and Pastoral and Visionary.
This is a later version of the theme. We have an earlier ‘Diana’ also showing on this website. The later works by Decaris express an intense metaphysical energy. The figure of the hunter godess, leaping after her prey, embodies a cosmic power that also pulses through the surroundings and the moon and stars behind.
